SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

This is an agreement between you (the Subscriber) and the MinerAndina magazine. This Agreement makes reference to MinerAndina using expressions such as "we" or "our". This Agreement applies to any service you may use. While the Agreement is in force, it shall be referred to as the "service".

1. The Subscriber and the use of the services:

As a MinerAndina-e subscriber, you are treated as our Preferred Client and in addition to having weekly access to the electronic magazine, in Spanish or English, you will be getting:

The Subscriber shall be getting these benefits depending on the selected subscription category:

BASIC SUBSCRIPTION: For 2 subscribers S/.1200 / US$ 420

  1. You get 2 Directories.
  2. You get additional MinerAndina publications; for free, or at cost.
  3. 10% discount on printed and electronic advertisement rates.

BRONZE SUBSCRIPTION: For 4 subscribers S/.2000 / US$ 690

  1. You get 4 Directories.
  2. You get additional MinerAndina publications; for free, or at cost.
  3. 20% discount on printed and electronic advertisement rates.

SILVER SUBSCRIPTION: Up to 8 subscribers S/.3200 / US$ 1080

  1. You get 8 Directories.
  2. You get additional MinerAndina publications; for free, or at cost.
  3. One free footnote in a MinerAndina y Sociedad magazine publication.
  4. 30% discount on printed and electronic advertisement rates.

GOLD SUBSCRIPTION: Unlimited S/.4000 / US$ 1350

  1. You get 10 Directories.
  2. You get an additional MinerAndina publications; for free, or at cost.
  3. You will have access to the MinerAndina file and history.
  4. Half page free, in a MinerAndina y Sociedad magazine publication and a permanent banner in the Electronic Bulletin and web site during the entire subscription’s year.
  5. Up to 50% discount on printed and electronic advertisement rates.
  6. Distribution de articles and press releases between our subscribers.
  7. Publication of logo in MAyS as a company sponsor.

2. How and when will I be able to use the service:

During the subscription sheet filling out process, you must choose a representative and enter his data in the "MAIN USER" box, who will be responsible for managing accounts of all of the service’s user (you may include, change or remove users, as the case may be). He will serve as liaison between your company and MinerAndina. Thereafter, we will be in contact with the "MAIN USER" so that he will pass on to us the information pertaining to the rest of subscribers.

The Subscriber may start using our service as soon as he has paid the subscription invoice, and he may have access to the service whenever deemed convenient, up to the end of a one-year period. Subscriptions are renewed automatically, unless the Subscriber advises us of its wish to discontinue the service.

3. Payment for the service:

Once this Agreement has been accepted, an invoice will be issued for the respective service, and this must be paid by the 15th day following the date of issue. Once the subscription’s year has come to an end, the new invoice for the following year will be automatically forwarded, unless the Subscriber has stated his wish to discontinue the service.

4. Confidentiality Terms:

The service is personal and confidential for each subscriber. To this effect, the subscriber shall not be allowed to use users or passwords with any other person alien to the service.

All information published by any of our publications shall be reserved rights protected; furthermore, the partial or full reproduction of the contents of MinerAndina without citing the source, shall be strictly prohibited without the consent of the Editors.

Likewise, MinerAndina agrees no to disclose any information pertaining to its subscribers without prior consultation.

5. Acceptance of Agreement:

With the completion of the subscription process and acceptance hereof, the Subscriber and MinerAndina hereby agree to comply with all the aforementioned provisions.
